- The ASICS® Kids GT-1000 14 Pre-School shoes are a versatile style that's comfortable and durable for active minds. A kid's-specific last and a size checker on the sockliner help to accommodate growing feet. Additionally, the medial forefoot wrap-up synthetic rubber outsole and toe rubber stitch are designed to improve durability. These low-top shoes are made of a polyester insole and lining. The mesh upper is lightweight and durable, and is made with at least 75% recycled content to reduce waste and carbon emissions, while the sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing technology. They are designed with a lace-up closure and a hook-and-loop strap. These lace-up sneakers feature Rearfoot GEL® technology in the heels that helps young feet experience good comfort during daily activities, while offering cushioning and shock absorption.
